如果你预计下学期毕业, it’s important that you complete the graduation application process outlined below.

The application opens with registration for the next term and closes on the official headcount day. 如果您未能满足认证截止日期, you’ll be required to apply to graduate during the following term. 有关截止日期，请参见下面列出的相应学期.

1. 登录myHilltop 并选择 申请毕业生.
2. To determine curriculum for graduation, select the most recent term. 这并不一定是你所使用的术语. The last term of attendance will be the most recent term for students who are not currently enrolled.
3. 确定毕业课程.
   • If the curriculum is incorrect, contact your Success Coach or program advisor to have it corrected. Only then can you move forward with the application process and return to 申请毕业生.
   • 如果课程正确，请选择“继续”按钮. If you’re graduating with multiple degrees or majors, you MUST apply for each.
4. Select the graduation date for the term you intend to complete your degree. 选择“继续.”
5. 验证您的申请摘要并提交请求. You’ll receive confirmation that your application was successfully submitted.

Your academic advisor will perform a final degree audit and confirm completion of all degree requirements. If your advisor determines you are ineligible to graduate in this term, you'll be required to go through the application process for a future term.

You’ll receive the 毕业/Diploma Verification form via your university 电子邮件 AFTER you've been certified to graduate. 填写表格以确认您的:

• Intent to participate in the commencement ceremony (for 12月ember and May graduates only)

Reference the 毕业时间 to see when you’ll receive your diploma. Your name will be printed on the diploma as it appears on your academic record. The Office of the 注册商 must receive name changes by the specified deadline or a reprinting fee will be charged. 可能需要法律文件来进行更改.

You must meet all financial obligations to the university before your diploma will be released. Return all equipment and books to Instructional Technology and the Munday 图书馆. 视图保存在您的记录通过myHilltop.

以避免延迟收到你的文凭, you should make arrangements to have your diploma notarized no later than four weeks prior to the diploma release date.

学生贷款退出面谈

If you receive a Federal 工作人员ord Loan (subsidized or unsubsidized) or a Perkins Loan while attending St. 爱德华，你必须完成一个债务管理课程. 会议可以是 完成在线. 要了解更多信息， 联络学生财务服务. 

An undergraduate student must complete 60 hours of credit in residence at St. 爱德华的 with the appropriate grade point average in order to be eligible for graduation with honors. Credit by examination will not be counted in the 60 hours required for graduation honors. 本科 students will receive recognition for the following distinctions:

• 以优等成绩毕业者: 3.50–3.69年平均绩点
• 优等生: 3.70–3.89年平均绩点
• 优等生: 3.90 +平均绩点

Honors are announced at commencement and are printed on the official transcript and diploma. 

See below to determine which ceremony you are eligible to participate in.

• 12月ember graduates are only eligible to participate in the ceremony held that 12月ember.
• May graduates are only eligible to participate in the ceremony held that May.
• 8月ust graduates may only participate in the ceremony held the preceeding May.

Students graduating in 12月ember and May will receive the 毕业/Diploma Verification form via their university 电子邮件. Complete this to request participation in the upcoming ceremony.

Don't forget to complete the survey to become a 蓝色的 and Gold Scholar and receive your graduation cord.
